We send an SMS to the phone number on your order as soon as it's ready. You can also track it online with your invoice number.

Orders are collected from the branch where you dropped them off. If you need it moved, call that branch and we'll do our best to help.

We'll keep it safe and send you a reminder by SMS. Please collect as soon as you can — uncollected items take up space other customers need.

Cash or M-Pesa at the counter, or Lipa na M-Pesa → Paybill 260370, using your invoice number as the account number. Business clients can be invoiced monthly.

Yes. Our price list applies at every branch and for pickups. Express service is priced separately where shown.

Yes. Book a pickup online with your preferred date and time window. Your nearest branch will call to confirm, and any delivery charge for your area is agreed then.

We serve Nairobi from our eight branches — the CBD, Upper Hill, Parklands, Lavington/Valley Arcade, Karen, Kilimani and surrounding areas. If you're not sure, just book and we'll let you know.

We treat every stain carefully and remove the vast majority. Some old, heat-set or bleach marks can't be fully removed without damaging the fabric — we'll always tell you before we try anything risky.

Please do! Telling us what caused a stain (wine, oil, ink…) helps us choose the right treatment and improves the result.

Yes. Gowns, silks, beaded and lace pieces are inspected with you first and handled individually. See wedding & occasion care.

Yes — buttons, zips, hems and minor repairs and adjustments. Mention it at drop-off and we'll fix it alongside the cleaning.
