Orders
Every order is recorded on an invoice listing the items received. Please check your receipt before leaving the branch or when our rider collects your items.
Prices & payment
Prices are as per our current price list. Express service is charged at the express rate. Payment can be made in cash or by M-Pesa (Paybill 260370, account: invoice number). Orders must be paid in full before or at collection unless agreed otherwise for business accounts.
Pickup & delivery
Pickup times requested online are confirmed by phone. Any delivery charge for your area is agreed before collection.
Garment care
We clean according to care labels and our professional judgement. Some stains cannot be fully removed without risk to the fabric; we will advise you where this is the case. Please point out stains, damage and valuable trims at drop-off, and remove items from pockets — we are not responsible for items left in garments.
Collection
Please collect your order promptly once you receive our "ready" message. We will send reminders for uncollected items.
Claims
If you have a concern about an item, please raise it with the branch within 48 hours of collection and bring the item and your receipt so we can look into it.
