Where's my order?

Enter the invoice number from your receipt and the phone number you gave at the counter.

Where do I find my invoice number?
It's printed at the top of the receipt you got when you dropped off your clothes, and it's in the SMS we send when your order is ready.
How do I pay for my order?
Pay by M-Pesa: Lipa na M-Pesa → Paybill 260370, account number = your invoice number. You can also pay cash or M-Pesa at the counter when you collect.
My order says ready — when can I collect?
Any time during opening hours, Monday to Saturday, 7:30am to 7:00pm, at the branch where you dropped it off.
