What we collect
- At our branches: your name, phone number and, if given, email and address, together with the details of your orders and payments.
- On this website: what you enter in our pickup, quote and contact forms, plus basic technical information (IP address and browser) used to prevent abuse.
- Order tracking: the invoice number and phone number you enter, used only to look up that order.
How we use it
- To process, track and deliver your orders and to take payment.
- To send service messages, such as "your order is ready" and collection reminders.
- To respond to your enquiries, pickup bookings and quote requests.
- Occasionally, to tell you about offers. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP or asking any branch.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as our SMS provider and M-Pesa), and where required by law.
Retention & security
We keep order records for as long as needed for our services and for legal and accounting requirements. Access to our system is restricted to authorised staff.
